Tofu Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate Tofu Mousse: vegan, creamy, and guilt-free treat rich in protein and flavor. Enjoy this delicious, healthy 4-ingredient mousse.

Ingredients 

  • 1 package silken tofu (14 oz)
  • 4 oz bar of semi-sweet baking chocolate bar, melted
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Break the chocolate into chunks. In a heat-proof bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave. Heat for 30 seconds first then 10-15 seconds at a time until it's melted, stirring each time.
  • In a food processor, add the tofu, melted chocolate, vanilla, and maple syrup and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer into serving ramekins and chill in the fridge for 2 hours or until it’s set.
  • Drizzle with additional chocolate, chocolate chunks, and sea salt for serving!
