- 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1.5 teaspoons chili powder, or paprika
- 1.5 teaspoons ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a medium bowl, add sweet potatoes, olive oil, chili powder, ground cumin, and sea salt.
On a lined baking sheet, spread the sweet potatoes into a single layer on the sheet.
Bake for 35-40 mins until tender and slightly starts to brown.
Remove from oven and serve warm!
