This avocado cilantro dressing is quick and easy to make, but it's also packed with nutrients that your body will thank you for. Are you looking for a versatile and healthy dressing that can elevate any dish? Look no further than this delicious avocado cilantro dressing.

I have been eating a lot of Mexican-inspired food lately and this avocado cilantro salad dressing recipe is the perfect limey and creamy addition to any meal. How many of you love to overload on dressing with salads, crackers, veggies, bowls, sandwiches, chips...basically anything?! This recipe is especially for all you dressing lovers during this time of social distancing!

    Benefits of Avocados Cilantro Dressing

Avocados are not only a great source of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, but they also provide more potassium than a banana! Plus, they aid in the absorption of important fat-soluable vitamins and antioxidants.

And let's not forget about cilantro - a staple in many cuisines and a personal favorite for its rich flavor. Did you know some people have a gene that makes cilantro taste like soap to them? We feel bad for their taste buds missing out! Luckily, for the rest of us, cilantro is a great source of vitamins A and K (My dad used to always tell us it was good for your eyes...now I know why!), with studies showing it can help with pain and inflammation and aid in digestion.

    How to Make Dressing

It's simple - in a good food processor, blend together avocados, Greek yogurt (or soy yogurt for a vegan option), cilantro, garlic, and lime. The result is a creamy, flavorful dressing that can be drizzled or poured onto any dish.

Trust me....the avocado dressing with yogurt is so quick, healthy, and creamy that you can use it on...well, everything. My favorite item to eat this dressing with is with a Black Bean and Mango Salad. I like to make extra and use it with my meal prep salads for the next couple of days as well. It also goes great with some chips as an avocado dip!

This dressing is sooo delicious you guys! I made it to use on Mexican chicken and rice bowl for dinner and then ended up using the leftovers the following day for a quick salad instead of my usual dressing! It's quick and I almost always have all these ingredients on hand! I can see myself making this over and over and trying it with different meals!
